I tried to import file from OMISS Net for membership list.. It did not work because of Omiss file location and also that it is now a txt file.. Logic requiers it to be dbf file..
Question: is there a simple program out there that can convert my txt file to dbf?? Or is there a way to capture the txt with logic??

Tnx to all!!

Save the list to your computer and import it from there. I just did it, and it works fine.

tnx for the reply.. I did that already.. I have logic 8 and the file needs to be a dbf file.. It will not import a txt file, and will not give me a choice.. Thanks!

Thanks again

In the import window, change the address at the top to C:\temp\omiss-roster.txt (that's where I put it on my machine), then click the "begin download" button.
