When I use the Expression Builder it only lets me build the following select criteria (CQ_ZONE='18' OR CQ_ZONE='22').
Can I expand the criteria as follows, (CQ_ZONE='18' OR CQ_ZONE='21' OR CQ_ZONE='22' OR CQ_ZONE='23' OR CQ_ZONE='34' OR CQ_ZONE='37' OR CQ_ZONE='39') by typing in the additions filter criteria in the select criteria area of the Spot Alert Setup window? I do not get a syntax error so am I correct in thinking that this is ok?

Yes, that looks good to me! The parenthesis are actually not necessary. Not sure why the Query By Example form includes them.

Here is another way:

INLIST(CQ_ZONE, '18, 21', '22', '23', '34', '37, '39')

Tnx & 73,
