I have a script that includes looking for HELLO > prompt and waiting 5 seconds to send the response "show/dx/100". It doesn't work. As you can see below, logic doesn't recognize the "HELLO". Here is the exchange by telent:

Any help fixing this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,

Hi Bob:

Please post the address of this host, and I'll fix you up.

Also, get the 9.1.7 update if you don't have it already. There was a problem where the prompt-response would fail if the host sent additional info after the prompt. This has been fixed. Or so I thought. Maybe I need to extend the look-ahead buffer even more than I did.

Anyway, send me the address.

Tnx & 73,

Dennis, I use my own cluster client that is connected to VE7CC at dxc.ve7cc.net.

However the script I posted used the AE5E cluster at dxspots.com 204.221.76.52.

Ok, on 204.221.76.52 I am not seeing a HELLO > prompt. I am seeing CCC >. I did not have this in my database. Click + to add a new host record.

Attached is the proper setup for this host. The same setup works for dxc.ve7cc.net. There is already a record in LOGic for this -- just add the CCC > line.

Tnx & 73,
