If you get:
Error 2091 C:\logic8\LOGDATA\spots.dbf has become corrupted, occured in program logicapp.before_reindexor
"Syntax Error" has occured in spotlog.loador
spots.dbf is not a tableor something similar, the spot log data file has become corrupted.
To fix, delete SPOTLOG.DBF and SPOTLOG.CDX. It will be in the LOGic install directory, in the LOGDATA subfolder. If you have located your data somewhere besides the default, delete it from your custom location.
Click SHOW for help locating these files.
To find this, right-click the shortcut icon that you use to start LOGic. Then click Properties, then OPEN FILE LOCATION or FIND TARGET, depending on your version of Windows. Then look for the LOGDATA folder, and double-click to open it. Look for SPOTS.DBF and SPOTS.CDX, then right-click and select Delete.
If you see just SPOTS with no extension, you have Windows set to not display extensions. Just delete anything named SPOTS
Download the attached SPot .ZIP folder that is approprate for your version of LOGic. Extract the new SPOTS files to replace the ones you deleted. (You could also just reinstall your CD on top of your current installation to retrieve new spot log files).
