I am going to use the Logic 9 contest log for the ARRL DX CW test this weekend. When finished Sunday, how does one bring those contest contacts back to the MAIN LOG ? As they initially go into the contest log.

Any help would be appreciated

By default, LOGic puts ALL QSOs, contest or not, in the same log. For contesting purposes, it separates different contests and contest and non-contest QSOs using QSO date and Contest ID. NOte that if you enter a QSO on a contest log form, you can also access it from the main log form or any other form.

This allows you to track awards during a contest (since all QSOs are available). When the contest is over, submit your Cabrillo log, and you are done.

(LOGic does support multiple databases. But this is not something you would want or need for contesting. Separate databases would be for family members or DXpeditions).

Let me know if any questions.

Tnx & 73,
