Spot log problem

Hi Dennis. See attached screenshot. I think with the last update, the spot log is showing fulfilled calls as needed. The 9A station is an example. The PROGRESS window shows it fulfilled as does the log. Appreciate your suggestions.

Hi Bob:

It does indeed look like there is a problem there. However, I am unable to reproduce it here, and have had no other complaints.

Try Awards/Update Awards Progress Info. You can test using the TEST SPOT feature of the spot log Options tab.

I would like to see the VALUE column of the spot log. Does it have 9A in it?

Also, what is SPOT LEVEL set to?

Reviewing the code and have an idea. There are codes in the band table that correlate to the awards tracking for spots -- it is used to convert spot frequencies to bands and modes. If these got out of sync somehow it would explain why the spots would be incorrect but not the awards porogress.

To resync, simply open Tools/Setup/Bands, then close it. Then may as well close and reopen LOGic while you're at it. Please try this and let me know.

Thanks Dennis, this seems to have worked. I'll keep my eye on it for a couple of days and let you know if it comes up again.

Ok, I'm pretty sure we are good now. I will add this to the cleanup/reindex routine that runs when installing an update or doing a CLEAN so they can't get out of jive again.

Someone else reported problems with spot awards trackig status -- not sure if it is the same thing you were experiencing or not (Progress 1 etc OK), but it looks likely now.
