Here is how you may start LOGic automatically when you start your computer.


*Press {WinKey+R}

That's the key on your keyboard with the Windows logo on it. Hold it down, then type R.



*In the field that appears, type:

shell:startup

Click OK. This will open the startup folder.



*Download the attached LOGIC.BAT file, and save to the startup folder.

Dennis, is there a way to get Logic to start automatically after VE7CC cluster software is up?

Hi Doug:

I don't see why not. I would take the .bat file above, and add the command to run the VE7CC software before the command to run LOGic.

Let me know if any questions. I can't say exactly how to start VE7CC -- it is a matter of knowing where it is installed and the name of the program. Use LOGic as an example.

Here's my final iteration of the batch file. The "timeout 15" makes the batch file pause for 15 seconds. This allows VE7CC to come up, and get logged in prior to LOGic starting, and then logging into VE7CC.

echo Good Morning
c:
cd "\ve7cc
start ve7cc.exe
timeout 15
cd "\program files (x86)\logic\"
start logic.exe
