I only use certain bands, and would like to remove the ones that I don't use ie: 6m, 2m, 1.25m, 70cm tnx Kevin km2e

Please go into "Spot Log" and inside "Options" and click "Band" In this new window you can "disable" the bands you do not need ie uncheck the little box "Disable this band".
