I've attached a zip file with the steps recorded by Win10 Step Recorder of the error I am getting. This even happens right after a reboot. As it is now I cannot upload to LoTW.

Cool -- I didn't know about Steps Recorder. Try recreating the error then looking in the event viewer to get a better description of the error message. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uwluv1NmWLw
See if TQSL works by itself irrespective of LOGic: http://www.hosenose.com/...TW-Troubleshooting.aspx
Let me know. Tnx & 73, Dennis WN4AZY

I ended up reloading Logic and it now works. I guess something got corrupted sometime after my last update. It had been working fine.
Yes I did update my TQSL but only after I had Logic up a running again.
The Steps Recorder is cool if you have an error you can duplicate. I've run across another error but it does not cause any serious problems so I've not pursued. When I can duplicate it, I'll send it along.
