Hi Dennis,

Just an FYI - I downloaded and installed my renewed subscription and got the following error from Microsoft Visual FoxPro "Wrong version of callsign exception file", I clicked on OK as that was the only choice. Then immediately got the program error "Prefix setup look-up failed". LOGic finally loaded but got the same two errors again. The currently installed version was 9.1.22 but I re-installed it again from the check for updates window and all seems fine. I'll do some other sanity checks and report back but wanted to share the errors.

Hi--

Sorry for the problem. We have had three or four reports of that. I have been unable to reproduce it here unfortunately.

You did the right thing to fix it tho.

Thanks for letting me know.

Hi All,
my experience here is the same as Brad. The same errors response in the renewal procedure.
After updated Logic to 9.1.22 all seems doing a fine job.
I not used the new award list and user defined fields option because i already was using them.
I do not know if the error messages may depend on the fact that they have found existing fields, however the latest release is installed.
Thanks Dennis.

All set here...I did get a few error messages after the first run but looks to be running now.

I spoke too soon: With the subscription update and re-installed of 9.1.22, I now get the following error when I shut down LOGic 9.1.22:

Unknown member IFCREF
Cancel Ignore Help

Whether I hit CANCEL or IGNORE, LOGic then shuts down.

What is this error?

Thanks,
Vin

Hi Vin:

Are you using Telnet? If so, please try closing Telnet manually before quitting LOGic. Let me know if you get an error when closing telnet, and if you still get the error when quitting LOGic.

Tnx & 73,

Hi Dennis,

I don't know what happened but the error message no longer appears when I shut down LOGic.

Thanks,
Vin
