When I download from LoTW, why do I see the same QSO's I imported from the previous import still showing up in the UPDATE LOG tab?

I have the same 9 QSO's from 5 different stations still showing up. Am I missing a step?

Thanks,

Hi Vin:

Look at the QSOs in question and make sure LOTW RCVD is checked. That should have happened automatically the last time you updated, though.

Let me know.

Tnx & 73,

I have a LoTW question...If all the contacts in my log have LoTW SENT is checked off, will that automatically download an LoTW confirmation from each station "IF" they are registered in LoTW?

Here's the scenario, I lost my log in 2018, I managed to get it all back through LoTW. I went through my old contacts and I noticed over 7000 QSO's did not have the LoTW SENT box checked. I was able to get the 7000+ QSO's uploaded to LoTW. If those stations are registered with LoTW, and they upload their log, I should get an LoTW confirmation, correct?

Thanks,

From what I understand that is correct. When you upload your log and they upload or have done so already you should get a confirmation. My success rate is about 40% using LoTW.

Thank you Kyle. I hope some of these are registered with LoTW. It would make for a big increase in my DXCC total.

Now I sit and wait.

BTW, Some time back I added an option to download ALL QSOs from LoTW. Not just confirmations. If your total log size is way short of what you should have, download again using the new option. It is on the first tab.

Hi Dennis,

That is the option I used to retrieve my log when I had a catastrophic hard drive failure in March 2018.

I was playing around with LOGic over the weekend and during an LoTW log upload, I mistakenly removed my call sign and over 7000 QSO's were uploaded. I looked at some of the calls that were uploaded and realized these were never uploaded before the hard drive crash.
