Hi Paul:
Do you have any sort of RS232 interface for your prop pitch motor?
I would be happy to work with you on the LOGic end -- whatever you need to go out the RS-232 port. We can also read the current heading if you provide that. If you can make it emulate a HyGain DCU1, that would work with LOGic as-is.
It seems that with the Arduino processor boards, homebrewing a solution would be a lot easier than it used to be.
