We received this question by email, but I am replying here as it could be useful to others. Specifically, the field in question is the CW OPS number from N1MM.

You need to set up a user-defined field for the CW-OPS number.
First, look in the ADIF file. Use Notepad or any text editor. Look for the CW-OPS data. Note the tag that is used. You will need this later.
Now Click Tools/Setup/Log fields, spotting, and awards tracking. Look thru the existing fields to make sure you don't already have the field you need. If it is not there, add it. Click the + button. For NAME, you can use anything you want. If the ADIF file used something sensible like CWOPS, I would use that. If the ADIF file used something generic like USER_EXCH1, then for sure don't use that. Use CWOPS, CW-OPS or something descriptive.
On the ADIF tab, you must enter ADIF NAME, using the tag that is used in the ADIF file. Checkmark IMPORT, and you are good to go!
