Hi all. I'm running LOGic 9.0.72 on Windows 7 x86. I run Internet Explorer (11) and am logged in to QRZ.COM.
When I run LOGic and lookup a call, it indicates I am not logged in. I remember having this problem several
versions ago but it seems to be back...or I am somehow deleting the saved cookie/password for LOGic, but NOT
for just going straight into IE.

Are they separate? I do use CCleaner but the QRZ.COM cookies are whitelisted so running IE directly works.

Thanks & 73s, Don

Hi--

Sorry I missed your call.

It used to be that once you logged into QRZ.COM from any instance of Internet Explorer, you were good to go. Open IE, log in, close it, run LOGic -- you were good.

But, I just tried it on my new win 8.1 install, and that no longer works. What does work is trying to do do a QRZ.COM lookup in LOGic. It will fail because you are not logged in. Now, log in using the browser display in Logic's callbook form. You are now good to go. I can exit LOGic, restart, and I am still logged in.

But, see this:

Let me know if any questions.

Tnx & 73,

Thanks for the reply Dennis. I was able to login inside the callbook form and it works. It seems to stay logged
in past a CCleaner run as well as "Clean up indexes..." but after a while, it seems to lose the login info.
I am trying to figure out if it's something I do that wipes out the info.

You mention HamQTH.com and I was wondering if I could change/add to it dropdown choices on the callbook form.

Thanks & 73's, Don

It's already there. You just need to enable it and set it up -- basically register and get a password.

Tnx & 73,
