I have this problem frequently - especially after rebooting the computer and thus restating Logic 9. I either enter the call directly in the call books form or it is entered via the "auto look up" option on the log form. Either way works reliably most of the time (I do not have a subscription to QRZ.COM but I do have very good internet service). However, sometimes I get the "not found" message when QRZ has returned the information (you can see it by clicking "show web display). I have no idea what makes this start to happen or how to fix it. Eventually (at least so far) it will start working again. As I type this it is not working so first I clicked "Show Web Display" and then entered a call sign I know will be found in QRZ. I can see the result in the web "window" and then logic says "not found" so it doesn't look like a timing thing.

I am running 9.0.61.

Any ideas?

Hi--

LOGic looks for the text:

[+] Mailing label

to determine if it found the call or not. When it happens again, pleas do a screen shot of the web page and post it here.

I'm just glad it's working at all!

Check out hamqth.com if you haven't already. It is designed to be accessed by a logging program.

Tnx & 73,

I also get this error when QRZ.COM thinks I'm not logged in. If your call sign
is not shown on the right hand side of the window, you're not logged in. You
need to quit LOGic, open Internet Explorer, log in to QRZ.COM, quit IE, run LOGic
and you should be fine.

Here is the screen shot as it happened just now. Being logged into QRZ.com doesn't seem to make a difference - note my call sign near the top.
