Hi All,
This is just for your information I think!
Today I worked KH0M. I noticed when I entered him in the latest version of Logic that the beam heading on the Info screen was way off.
As I was puzzling over why I entered another call from the Mariana Islands and the heading was correct.
I then went to QRZ and looked at what KH0M had entered for his Lat Lon compared to the other stations from the Marianas. They were very different!
I conclude from this that Logic uses a built in Lat Lon for each country and then looks at QRZ to see if something is different there. If so it uses that Lat Lon. I am GUESSING that this is correct. I sure don't know for sure.
Does anyone have different thoughts on this?
