I was hoping someone would post here first!

I am having the exact same problem and I get the same Upload Failed message. I had this happen many times yesterday.

I did find a work around. I have only done this once but it did work for me the one time.

First I am using LOGic .53 I have some old version of IE loaded on my computer and normally use FireFox.

To get the system to work I found that if I logged into LoTW using my version of IE (minimized after logging in) and then went through all of the upload my log steps using LOGic that everything worked as normal and I got a good upload.

It seems like the ARRL changed something.

Yes LOTW changed something and everyone is having the same problem. I called and everyone is at Dayton and could not talk to anyone at ARRL. I think they changed the server path to https://lotw.arrl.org/lotwuser/default but I don't know how to fix Logic log on to lotw

Yes - ARRL changed their server. The LoTW Yahoo Group has been abuzz since yesterday. ARRL changed the host name of the LoTW server.

Dennis - are you working on a solution?

Tnx es 73

Join me to the throng experiencing this issue. The problem is on the LOTW end and everyone trying to upload via the "old" way will be stymied till it's resolved. Hopefully the LOTW system is intact and all that's needed is an address change in our software. I understand from the DX forum that users of other software trying to upload/download to LOTW are experiencing the same issues.

Odd they would have instituted this change just before Dayton, you can bet they will be barraged there about this topic.

Stay calm, carry on.
