Dennis, my wife's log is not happy. For whatever reason, she uploads a contact to LoTW, the contact being successfully signed by TQSL, and the attached pic is what happens when tries to download the confirmation. Any idea why Logic might be gagging on this? 73 Doug W5GA 73 Doug W5GA

Sorry for the delay. I overlooked this.
I'm not sure I am seeing a problem.
It is saying (for instance) that KZ2T has already been updated. It is saying thatSV1GA/A is not in the log. Is this correct?
PJ5/SP9FH -- Is this before or after she clicks AUTOMATICALLY CHECK IN THESE QSLS ?
What am I missing?
Tnx/73,
DH

Dennis, what you're missing is it shows in the screen shot there is a valid log entry for SV1GA/A, and that the import says is not in the log. 73 Doug W5GA 73 Doug W5GA

Ok, thanks! Duh.
The only thing I can think of is that there is an extra space in the log. Maybe a space between / and A? Or some screwy character that is not visible. Please try deleting the call and entering it again.
If that doesn't fix it, please email me a copy of the log files (logdata\log.dbf & log.fpt) or a backup.
Tnx/73,
DH

I'll send the log files. That logged entry is what LoTW is responding to - that exact entry is what was uploaded to LoTW. 73 Doug W5GA

The log entry shown for SV1GA/A was with Operator W5GA, NOT Operator W5TAT. The LOTW QSL download was only for QSL's with Op W5TAT. Not sure how you did the QSO upload to LOTW but the problem is the Operator doesn't match. My guess is the other NIL's are for the same reason.

Got your log. Thanks. The callsign looks fine. Will dig into it some more.

No problem !!
Depending on how the QSO was uploaded to LOTW you might be able to just change the station callsign in LOGic (operator), try it for SV1GA/A and then re-download the QSL from LOTW.
Let us know if that works..
Nothing is worse than an unhappy XYL !!!!
