Just worked 9M1Z, East Malaysia per their website. Maps as 9M2 West Malaysia. I just added the call to the East Malaysia prefix table entry.

Agreed. AD1C lists two other 9M1's in East Malaysia. I just added 9M1 to East.

Tnx & 73,

Sorry but I think 9M1 should map to West Malaysia.

9M1Z was QRV from Saba and Sarawak in East Malaysia (dxpedition or other special operation). See ClubLog details attached with dates where East Malayasia applies.

I would just have logged it then changed the DXCC entity, but if you need LOGic to handle dxcc exceptions then just add 9M1Z to the prefix table. Mapping the prefix 9M1 to an incorrect entity doesnt make sense.

My guess is that the other 9M1 calls in AD1C's CTY list probably are exceptions as well. I'll take a look.

I agree with Brad, I added 9M1Z to East Malaysia in the prefix table, I wouldn't add 9M1 to East Malaysia, that'll cause issues for future operations.

Thank you,
Vin, 73

I checked AD1C CTY file and the other two 9M1's are 9M1CSS and 9M1CSQ. Both map to West Malaysia BUT were QRV from East Malaysia on specific dates just as 9M1Z. I attached the details from ClubLog's listing for each callsign.

Note that the CTY file lists only these three specific callsigns mapped to East Malaysia....NOT the prefix 9M1, which should remain West Malaysia.

Thanks, guys. Fix will be in the next update.

Shouldn't these guys be signing something like 9M6/9M1Z ?
