All week, when trying to download LOTW QSOs, I have been getting the message: Unable to connect to the remote server.

Hi Bob,
LoTW along with most of ARRLs servers have been down for a few days. This apparently occurred after a scheduled system update on Tuesday. We'll have to wait and see when its back up but ARRL IT is working on it.
