Hi--

You can put any mode in LOGic that you want. Tools/setup/modes.

However, isn't DMR just Phone? You might want to add it to propagation mode.

The CONFIG.XML in C:\Program Files (x86)\TrustedQSL does not list DMR as a valid mode.

Let me know.

Tnx & 73,

Hi Dennis,
Thanks for the input of the tqsl configuration. In fact DSTAR and C4FM are included in the setup. The DMR mode, despite being voice, is not included among the modes accepted by LoTw, so I assumed by default to use the DIGITALVOICE description like the DYNAMIC for the VARAC mode. I transferred the QSO and LoTw accepted it. The only thing I don't know is whether DMR users use LoTw transfer. Now the only problem I have left is the transcription on the paper QSL. I don't think I will ever need it, but it would be useful to know how to write DMR in the MODE field, in the QSL, instead of DIGITALVOICE because it is not recognizable and above all too long. I tried with the "iif( " command but failed.
Everything is from Italy, line to the directing studio.

Sorry for the delay on getting back to you.

Please send me the IIF( that you tried. Maybe

iif(mode="DIGITALVOICE", "DMR", mode)

Also, please send me what you have for the modes table:

Actual mode=?
Mode for Awards Tracking=?
...

Tnx & 73,

Hi Dennis,
thanks for your intervention, I tried with the iif( commands but as a syntax they work but it doesn't write me anything in the MODE field. So I chose the simplest way by putting DMR as MODE and I modified the configuration by putting DIGITALVOICE only as adif transfer.
The screenshots necessary for your evaluation are attached. As you can see, the QSL prints very well and if when I transfer QSOs in DMR to LoTw it doesn't accept them I will deal with it without any problem whatsoever also because I don't think there are, and have any reason to exist, awards in this sense. I do it only to satisfy the needs of some OMs who like it and request it especially on Qrz.com to which I transfer the data from my Logic without working on it further.
Thank you always for your availability which serves as an incentive for me to understand more about Logic to exploit its potential.

Greetings from IKØCHU Mauro

Ok, so I understand that the only problem is ADIF export. Is that correct? Is it putting DIGITALVOICE for the Mode? What do you want it to put?

Tnx & 73,

Ok Dennis, at the moment it seems that everything is working as it should both for printing QSLs and transferring them to Qrz. As soon as I try to transfer a QSO in DMR on LoTw I will only have to check if the modification to the MODE DMR record in the transfer to ADIF field with the string DIGITALVOICE is in fact accepted without giving errors. In this case then the problem is solved. I will keep you informed. Thank you.
