It had work always well but some days ago a problem occurred.
When he try to print labels for qsl cards he receive 3 messages and Logic do not close well!He tried to make other reports: awards and others, the error always appears.

The messages are:
"Object GLOBAL is not found"

"GLOBAL is not an object"

"Cannot clear the object RUNREPORT because it is in use"

He have cleaned indexes, same problem, than he make a new instalation and he got same error.
Could you please help us to corrcet the problem?

Hello Dennis,

The problem happens with all reports.
Today Júlio have made a test with two reports than he have not tested before and the problem happens, no matter the report he chooses the error happens.
In my computer all reports work well.

Today Júlio have a tested with those one, but always the same result. It happens since a week ago, before it all work fine

Hi Dennis,
I have good news from Júlio regarding the report errors...
Everything is working well as before !No more errors!

Monthly Júlio makes a defrag on hard disk.
Today he makes the defrag , after that, he tests reports in Logic, and ... without any other explanation or action, the reports works well as before.
Sorry for trouble caused with Júlio´s problem, but now we are happy to inform that all is working fine.

That's good, because I have no idea. I was going to suggest installing the latest update again.

Tnx & 73,

Dennis
