I will be operating portable for about 3 months as W7GTF/6. How do I set up a separate database for just those QSO's so they are separate from the normal, W7GTF log?

You can just change the operators call to add the /6, and Logic will take it from there.

Doug is right. Do that. Your DXCC still counts. WAS will not, but LOGic handles that.
