LOTW not receiving my Export QSL's

I sent an email to LOTW about me not receiving imported QSL's.
I got an email and they said my last upload was Feb 28 2021.
All my QSO's have been uploaded and the LOTW box is checked after each upload.
When I import nothing after Feb 28 2021.
I have the current version of Logic.
They aren't getting uploaded after I export and say Yes to mark QSL in the LOTW box.
I'm not getting any Import QSL's since Feb 28, 2021.
WB9TFF, my XYL has no problems.

6/7/2021 I have the latest TQSL, my certificate expired and when I view Certificate Properties, it say "Waiting Response"
Serial and Operator say N/A. Not sure if this has anything for export and import QSL's? I export weekly.
Logging in to LOTW/QSO says "Most recent QSO record received 2021-02-28 22:34:48"
Need HELP.

6/8/2021 I now have a new certificate, and can manually in TQSL create adi, and upload to LOTW and my QSO's appear in my LOTW file.
I've done this twice in TQSL. In Logic I slected to upload QSO's even when it says they been uploaded. I go to my QSO in LOTW and none of them appear. If I uncheck the QSO's that have been uploaded and export only then do I see the QSO's in LOTW. I got hundreds of QSO that say they're exported but don't show up in my QSO's in lotw. Dennis I need your HELP. Thanks

You can check what is being uploaded by going to the LoTW site and login.

Then click on "Your QSOs" then "Most Recent QSOs". It will show what you have uploaded. Make sure the upload matches Callsign, Band/Mode, Date, Time of the contact.

Are you using GMT time?

I am using Version 9.21.3 and usually Export/Import on a weekly basic and have not noticed any issues here.

Maybe Dennis will have a better suggestion.
