Hi Dennis,

When I was installing the new .50 version it asked me if I wanted to update the prefix table. I, of course, answered yes because I knew you had done work on the UA calls.

It installed just fine.

I have now discovered (I should have figured it out on my own) that I have lost all of the special calls I have been entering into the prefix table to make stations show in the log with the correct call. For example RI1ANF originally showed as the Antarctic. The station is actually on the Shetland Islands. To correct that I added RI1ANF to the prefix for the Shetland Islands. There are other calls that I no longer remember that I have done the same thing with.

When you put out updates to the prefix table is there any way to keep this from happening? Would you like users to inform you when we find this situation so you can add the call to the master prefix table?

Thanks for your thoughts on this.

Bill

Hi--

Sorru for the problem. I added that to our list so it will be in the next update.

I am thinking about adding an exceptions table or something.

In the meantime, sure, please let me know.

Tnx & 73,

Dennis WN4AZY
