Shalom Dennis,

The SPOT LOG is indicating stations that are apparently confirmed when they are neither confirmed and/or worked.
The example attached shows European Russia, "R4CE" as being confirmed where in fact it has only been worked on this particular band and mode. There are cases when confirmations occur when no station has been worked is some particular band and mode. (See Spot Log - R4CE.jpg)

I set up the SPOT ALERT SETUP for ZL7G and got this unusual result showing that this station had been worked but I had never worked them. (See Spot Log ZL7G.jpg)

I then deleted my entire log ran UDATE AWARDS PROGRESS and restarted the computer and I got results showing Station were still confirmed although the log had been deleted. (See Spot Log - NO LOG.jpg)

Does anyone else have this problem?

Hi Jim,

Check to be sure you have the bands and modes you want spotted set in LOGic. In the Spot Log window, click on the Options tab at the top,
at the bottom of that window under Prefilter are two radio buttons, Band Setup and Mode Setup. Go to Mode Setup and be sure all the modes you want spotted are selected for spotting, likewise in the Band Table for all the band segments you want spotted.

Looking at the "no log" screenshot shows everything as needed except for; All CW spots, and one Data mode spot on 12m. This tells me that CW isn't set for spotting nor Data for 12m.

Hope this helps, be sure to post back if that's not it.

Shalom Brad,

The common demonstrator was "CW". In the MODE file, in the line for "CW", "CW" was not written in the column for "Spot Mode".

Thank you for catching this one.
