I just installed LOGic 9.0.85 update. LOGic 9.0.84 was working fine but wanted to latest and newest.

When I try to save a contact, I get the following error messages:

Program error:
DotNetLoader method: CreateInstanceFromFile_Internal
Type Name: PDA.LOGic.Sound.PlayQueue
Assembly Name : assembly\playsoundptt.dll
Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation

Cancel/Ignore/Help

If I pick IGNORE:
Program Error
Unknown member VOICEKEYER_REF.

Cancel/Ignore/Help

If I pick ignore, LOGic no longer responds and shuts down and wants to send the error message to M$.

If I pick Cancel, the same thing happens.

I don't have a voice keyer attached or selected.

I can't log a contact. I have to wait for LOGic to shut down, run clean index, restart LOGic and then finish logging the contact.

Thanks,
Vin, 73

UPDATE: I fixed the issue. From the LOG screen, go to SETUP > Voice Player. I put Ø where it says "Auto send this key when ending QSO" at the bottom right. It was set to 1 and when I set it to Ø, I was able to save QSO's.

It could well be an introduced bug. I will try to reproduce it here with the .85 update. However, I have been in contact with others who did not have any problem. But they probably don't have auto-send on either.

Tnx & 73,

This should be fixed now.
