Dennis, is it possible to create a new log every year to keep track of an annual DXCC total, and not have it look at your overall total? And if desired, add any ATNO's to the cumulative total?

This is so I can keep track of what I work on an annual basis, beginning new on 1 Jan of every year.

Sure, no problem. Just create a subaward under DXCC. (Tools/setup/log fields. Navigate to the DXCC record).

You could also automate the 2015 part of the expression with

YEAR(QSO_DATE)=YEAR(DATE())

This way it will automatically start doing 2016 for you upon the new year.

Dennis, is there a limit on the number of sub-awards for a given award? As in, can I do this year after year...keeping previous years?

There is a limit of 7 subawards per award. However, you can easly work around this by creating any number of calculated fields, each with 7 subawards.

So add a new field called DXCCBYYEAR or whatever you want. Turn on TRACK AWARDS FOR THIS FIELD. The Calculated Field Expression is merely DXCC

Enter your subawards as always.

Click the Help button on the Awards Tracking and Spotting tab for more info.
