For some reason, when E30FB is spotted on various bands that I need it on, the spot does not show up as needed in the Spot Log and I do not get an visual or audible notification. I have checked the Prefix form and even added an 'E30' row (copied 'E3' row and modified), but still no notification. What could be going on? (I also verified that 'E3' does not show up as worked or confirmed in the bands where I need them and the he is spotted.)

Seems no spots are showing up for RTTY needed DXCC either. I don't see what might have been set wrong to stop DXCC alerts...???

G'Day Allen,

There could be lots of reasons.

The more information about what you have checked/done/tried in attempts to solve your problem make it much easier to help.

Have you checked your Band table for correct settings?

Have you checked the Options panel in the Spot log for correct filtering?

Have you "tested" a spot that you missed with the Test Spot in the Options panel of Spot log?

Are you using Telnet or a Web cluster?

Is there any filtering at the Cluster node from which you are retrieving spots?
