Hi

I have made some changes on my antenna system: In same tower I have a tribander(10,15,20M) and a dual band(12,17M) above.
To work properly I have mounted with 90º offset.

In Logic we have a function to put the offset rotor.
I put an offset of ( 90º ) on 12 and 17 M.Dual band antenna

Inspite of the offset, I get the same value for (10,15,20) and 12 ,17M
The direction value in Spot Log remains equal, no effect!

Any idea? what am I doing wrong?
Many thanks for help.

Hi Manuel:

Direction displays in the Spot Log, info form, etc. will not change just because you enter a rotor offset. The actual directions ARE correct and ARE NOT affected because of how your antenna is mounted.

When LOGic sends a command to the rotor to turn it, that is when the offset is applied. The only way you will see any indication of the offset is to look at the display on the rotor control (or look out the window BigGrin ).

This is by design so that the offset does not have to be considered when operating. Set and forget!

Tnx & 73,

Dennis
