Dennis,

The new update seems to be working. along with Robie's comm port settings. I've had no problems with character skipping, unwanted repeating, hesitation or poor sounding CW. So far, so good. I'll keep testing.

While were on the subject of the WinKey module, I have another request:

I would like to be able to set it to auto-repeat and change the delay from the WinKey screen. Either with check boxes or with ctrl- and/or ctrl- key (ex. alt-R toggles repeat on/off and ctrl-R sets repeat time). I would like to make changes on the fly without having to imbed it into the string.

Thanks again and 73,
73, Allen N5XZ

This feature is important to me. I had hoped that in the 4 years since I was using Logic that this would have been added.

It is well documented in the Winkey docs with programming samples available.

Please give this another try.

Ok, as per the last post, Winkey seems to be working fine, at least last I heard. Do you mean this feature?

I was adding to a different thread. My bad!

The feature is echo to the screen what is sent with the paddle. This ability to decode what the paddle is sending is done within the Winkey.

Sorry about the mix up.
