I run awards update every few days..

1) the errors shown are not correct

BAD DOK.... no ! they are valid and shown in the DOK LIST
BAD JCC.... no ! ditto

try to erase the qso and reenter qso but error still pops up

SAME WITH CANADIAN AND JCC entries.

2) Printed a new record of DOK and WAB squares
but new qsos not included in the updated printout

G'Day,

No, I will not reply via email. Restricting the assistance to just you denies other members of the forum the "educational opportunity". On a forum such as this, that seems more than counter productive to me.

When did the problem start?

Have any unusual events occurred likely to cause a problem with the database indexes?

Have you run Clean, and regenerated the database indexes? This should be your first reaction to this sort of problem?
