Hi--

This is caused by permission problems or something like that.

Make sure you are running LOGic with Admin permissions. Just give your username admin rights. You don't need to log in as admin.

Is your LOGic data located at the default location, or do you have it on a LAN or external drive?

Also, we recommend turning off User Account Control. Type UAC in the Windows start menu.

Also, try disabling any virus checker etc.

Let me know what you find.

Tnx & 73,

DH WN4AZY

PS: Probably won't fix it, but I recommend updating to the latest update 9.0.61.

Dennis, actually the 61 update did fix the problem. I tried all the usual permisson tweaks, but none worked. I applied 61 and backed off on all the tweaks and it still works. I'll try it tonight on my primary system at home tonight. Thanks

Cool! Sometimes just the process of installing the updates fixes stuff. It does a CLEAN if nothing else. But I may have fixed something....

Dennis, just FYI I tried just re-indexing and packing my primary computer but no luck, installed 61 update and all is well. Go figure. Thanks.
