No clue what happened but had a problem getting the .49 to run. I updated from .47 After an hour of playing with it I compounded the problem by doing a complete uninstall of LOGic9. Logic9 was installed over a Logic8 installation. I've reinstalled from my disk with the Logic.exe dtd 12/05/10 and get two error messages. 1) Error 1426 "OLE error code 0x80040154: Class not registered" has main, line 0. If continue selected get: 2) Error 1924 "Global is not an object: has occurred in program main line 0. If continue selected get: Momentary NBS time check clock correction screen flash and no LOGic program display.
If I do a fresh install and replace the old Logic.exe with .49 I get the same results. Task manager processes show Logic.exe*32 running with 13.8k memory use.
I'm running Win 7 Ultimate SP1 on a Dell Precision w/Xeon and 6g ram.
TIA Gene

Hi--
You have to install the .48 update first, then download the .049 logic.exe.
Sorry, I'll put a note there.
