Go here and download and install the .Net framework 2.0. Just run dotnetfx.exe. The install program is supposed to go get it if it is missing, but it apparently does not. The vast majority of machines have it already installed. It comes stock with Windows 7, and Vista as well I think. Just a few XP machines are still missing it.
