Spot Log issues.....Is it DX Summit ??

I have had my spotting source set to the Webcluster Dx Summit for years. The last few weeks when LOGic polls the cluster there is a noticable delay which I reported that has been affecting logging. Tonight LOGic froze multiple times, sometimes for 5 or 10 minutes. Eventually it starts responding but only for a few seconds and when LOGic again grabs spots from DX Summit it freezes. I just tried DXScape and LOGic hasn't froze yet. Is something going on with DX Summit ??
