I can reproduce this error. It also happens when you close and restart LOGic. I will look into it for the next update.

Is QRZ.COM the only callbook that is enabled?
First, look in the QRZ.COM window in the Callbook form in LOGic after looking up UY7QW. It should look like the attached.
