Hi Dennis. The attached report shows no confirmed VE1 contacts. Yet the log entry shows that VE1 is confirmed. Do you have any suggestions for how to fix this?

Hi Bob,

If you haven't, try 1) Awards/Update Awards Progress, 2) navigate to Tools/Setup/Log fields, Spotting and Award Tracking, then in the Log fields column click on VE PROV then click on the tab "Awards tracking & spotting" and make sure "is a QSL from Logbook of the World OK for this award" is checked.
