Dennis, is it possible to change the column headings from a mixture of upper/lower case to all upper case to make it easier to read?

No, unfortunately not.

All-caps would result in much-wider text. Please consider choosing a larger font. However, that makes the data rows bigger too. I think there are all-caps fonts that you could use, but again that would make the data all-caps as well?

What to you think about making it possible to set the header font independently?
