Hi Dennis,

Trying to install v10.00.20 update and I get an Unhandled Exception saying the file is unreadable or corrupt.

I was getting the same error message for a long time today. I tried about an hour ago and it worked. Running 10.0.20 now.

I misnamed the file when putting it on the server. Don't know why it didn't say "File not found."

The last 5 or so updates I havent been selecting Install the PDA route list, or Install new awards lists, membership lists and user-defined fields because nothing was in the release notes that indicated any changes. Have any of them been updated or revised in a while ?? I think there was a problem some time ago in one update where the awards lists or membership lists had a problem and I've avoided checking those boxes ever since.
