Hi Dennis!

I just downloaded Logic 10 you sent me after renewing my subscription. Logic 10 seemed to load OK and says my subscription is extended to October 29, 2022. However, I tried logging a contact from WSJT and received the following message: OLE error 0x8002000s, invalided number of parameters. The following message also appeared: Program error "variable call is not found." After clicking on "ignore" etc., the program crashes and I must restart by going through the "clean" process, etc. I tried numerous times and same thing happens. I also tried entering a call directly into the log (not through WSJT) and same thing occurs with same error message. In other words I can't do anything and it has not worked since I installed it...

Help!

no need to reply. Since I hadn't heard from you I again downloaded the update associated from my subscription renewal, and no change...I still could not log new QSOs. I kept getting error messages and other messages as outlined in my previous message. So, I reinstalled the latest version as found by clicking the help button. That seems to have corrected the problem. I wish I would have thought to do that 4 days ago.
