Go to https://support.microsof...-4433-9aff-95f26a218cc0 and download and install vc_redist.x86.exe for Visual Studio 2015, 2017 and 2019. You may as well install the 64-bit version also. It could prevent problems with other programs down the road. These files are typically included with Windows 10. However, we have run into three or four instances where they are not. They are not included with Windows 7. They may have been installed as part of some other software. I do not know if they are included in Windows 8 or not. 73, Dennis WN4AZY
