These fields used to automatically go to the next field after a three digit RST was entered. 599 in RST SENT would automatically move the curser to RST RCVD. What happened to that?

There is an option in log/Setup. It is off by default.

I see in log/setup how to set the default for 59(9), but now how to get it to move to the next field after three digits are entered. Please elaborate.

Ok, are you saying that when your typing fills a field, it goes to the next automatically (not RST specifically)?

Click Tools/Options, and make sure the first option of the APPLICATION tab "Confirm field exit when filling field" is unchecked.

Dennis,

The "Confirm field..." tab is unchecked.

The RST sent and RST rcvd fields used to take a maximum of three characters, then the cursor would move to the next field. Now it takes six. Not sure why. I would like to make it three again.

Ok....

Go to tools/misc utilities/change size of log fields. Make sure the RSTs are 3 characters long. Not sure what else it could be....

Thank you, Dennis. That was it! Now, when I type in the 3rd number of an RST, the computer will beep and move to the next field.
