Please let me know if LOGIC 9 allows listings of QSLs credited on Challenger Award as other free programs already do. EX: Logger 32 , Ham Radio de Luxe , Dxlab , and so on.

Yes, it does. LOGic 8 does that already. It will be preconfigured in LOGic9, and will make multi-band awards tracking easier.
