I would like to know how to add JT9-1 to the mode on logging a contact, how can I do this?

G'Day,

One would use Tools, Setup, Modes and add a record for the mode.

Enter the mode designator your want, the mode to use for awards tracking, and the default RST, and save the record.

The tricky bit, is that you need to reload any Log form in which you want to log that mode. Just close the Log from, and re-open it. Or just close and restart Logic.
