When I imported my files into Logic all of the old QSLSDATEs were imported into QSLSDATE; however, when I print a QSL and request the record be updated only the QSL_SENT gets updated. This happened on al four of the different QSL card forms I tried. Additonally, how I can I display the QSLSDATE without running a report?
Thanks,
Ken

Sorry, I'll look at it.

Show it as a user-defined field on your log form.

G'Day,

Open a log form.

Click the "Butler" at the bottom right.

Click the next free "hole", middle left, and note the "number" of the one you choose. Click on the "user field" in the list on the right, and click "Select". The field and desriptive tag should appear on the log form.

If the field is not in the list it has not been defined yet. See Tools, Setup, Log fields ...

If the field does not appear on the form, it may be "hidden". Click the "lock" on the log form, and then the "rubbish tin", at the top right, and "unhide" the fldUserNN and lblUserNN - NN being the number you noted above.

To move the field/label to where you want, right click on the field, and use the "pointers" to move it about.

Click the "lock" to start using the form.

Search Help for "user defined fields" if you have trouble.

Ok, I ran QSL LABELS 3 ACROSS and it did QSLSDATE ok.

Note that if the log screen is on a QSo that is supposed to get updated, it does not automatically refresh to show the QSLSDATE or QSL_SENT changes. Navigate to another record then come back.
