Hi Mauro:
LOGic logs counties from a United States Post Office list using ZIP code. It is close to an actual county list, but not exact. For instance, LOGic has IL,DE KALB instead if IL,DEKALB. In this case I think LOGic is wrong. Just go to tools/setup/list of valid values and fix IL,DE KALB.
But most, like VA,SUFFOLK CITY are indeed not counties.
If you track counties the only solution is to fix them manually. IF you don't track counties, then don't worry about it. Turn off callbook lookup of counties in Log/Setup.
