Strange calls when downloading eQSL

While doing the download to go back and get the QSL pictures, I saw LOTS of calls that were not in my log like: R0A-73/6, F-21716, NL-13974. The latter two look like SWL calls.
I've really only been working FT8 for the last year and all these were listed as FT8. How could an SWL listener 'work' me?
I've gotten SWL cards in the past and they say they overheard me working so-and-so at some time/date/band. I always reply with a card. Encourage new hams.
But these entries are trying to confirm me working that SWL(?) station.
Anyone else seen this?
I realize this is likely not a LOGic issue but I thought I'd ask.
