The prefix table entry for the Azores is:

CU,CQ(1)8,CR(128),CS(48),CT8

The CQ(1)8 would mean logging CQ18m would return as the Azores while logging CQ8M would return as Portugal. I don't know if CQ1 is a valid prefix for the Azores but assuming it is then this should be CQ(18) which would return the Azores for CQ1M or CQ8M. I doubt CQ18 is an intentional valid prefix but I could be wrong. Of course I could have this all wrong in which case please educate me.

Thanks for any help.

PS: Is there a some "master" that defines each countries alphanumeric syntax rules (I don't mean the DXCC list) ??

Thanks,

Hi--

The best source I have found is this:
http://www.country-files.../big-cty-02-march-2020/

It is what LOGic uses for individual callsign lookup for calls that do not match a prefix.

It has:
CQ1,CQ8,CR1,CR2,CR8,CS4,CS8,CT8,CU

So LOGic should be:
CU,CQ(18),CR(128),CS(48),CT8

Thanks for reporting this. I will fix it.

Tnx & 73,
