PDA Logo missing on desktop shortcut

I installed 9.1.41 with no problems, after a few restarts of the program the PDA logo is missing in the shortcut box. Logic starts and runs fine. How do I reinstall the missing icon on the desktop shortcut?

Right click on your current icon and select Properties>Change Icon
|

I've never had that happen before. I reinstalled .42 and let it create a new shortcut and it was OK here.
What icon was used for the shortcut? Just a blank sheet or paper-looking thing?

When I right clicked on the blank shortcut and selected change Icon there were no Icons to select. I have now reinstalled Logic and all is well. I tested the change Icon option and the PDA Icon is there and the only choice.
